Take photos of the items you wish to sell and upload them to our site.
As soon as an item is sold, you will receive a shipping label, making the process simple and quick.
Once the items have been shipped, you will receive payment.

Who we are: We are a platform that allows the resale of used clothing by individuals to buyers outside of the European Union.
What we do: We manage a website through which we offer the following services:
- Hosting: We act as intermediaries between buyers and sellers, without buying or selling items in our catalog, and we do not participate in the transactions.
- Purchase Protection: A fee is applied to each transaction to ensure secure payments and to offer a refund, with the assistance of our team, in case of items that are lost, damaged, or not as described.
We take responsibility for the services we provide within the limits of applicable laws and in accordance with our commitments and the conditions stated in these Terms and Conditions.
User's Choice to Sell: The seller has the option to list items for sale in an electronic catalog on our site.
3. Information on Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the User and us, governing the use of our site and services. They will be deemed accepted upon clicking the acceptance button during the account registration process.
4. Registering as a User
To create an account and ensure its security, you must provide an email address and choose a unique username and password. The use of disposable or fake email addresses for account creation is prohibited.

7. Setting Up Your Balance
You can use your balance to transfer funds to your personal bank account within 5 days of your first sale.
Within the Eurozone, you can only transfer euro funds to a personal bank account located within the European Union or the European Economic Area. Transfers outside these regions or in other currencies are not permitted.
Outside the Eurozone, transfers can only be made in the local currency within your country; transfers in other currencies or outside your country are not allowed.
8. Selling Items
You must have the right to transfer ownership of an item to a buyer. Additionally, the item must:
- Comply with the restrictions and requirements regarding prohibited items set by payment service providers, where applicable.
- Not be an item originally purchased wholesale.
To list an item for sale on the site, you need to take and upload a photo of the item along with an accurate description of its quality and appearance (including any defects or alterations). Once published, the item will officially be for sale.
You can withdraw a listing at any time before a buyer purchases the item.
